Safety and Security

Keep front and back doors closed, switch off lights and fans before leaving, and handle cooking gas carefully following safety instructions.

Visitors

Outsiders may enter only with prior permission to ensure everyone’s safety.

Personal Belongings

Residents are responsible for their own valuables; the PG is not liable for loss or damage.

Rooms and Furniture Care

Use only your assigned bed/room, don’t move or add items without permission, and compensate for any damage to room or furniture.

Clean and Green

Keep all areas clean; sort waste into food, paper, plastic, and sanitary bins, and wrap and place used sanitary products in the sanitary bin.

No Alcohol or Drugs

Alcohol and drug use are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Keys

Keep keys safe. A replacement key costs Rs 150.

Rent and Payments

Rent is due monthly on the admission date.

Moving Out

To vacate, provide a 30-day notice.
